Pilot support

Help for Dragonfly pilot families and teachers.

Dragonfly is in limited Android pilot testing. If something feels broken, confusing, or unsafe, contact support and include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue.

How to get help

Email support@dragonfly-app.net for pilot help, account questions, device issues, or deletion requests.

What to include

  • Device model.
  • Android version.
  • Dragonfly app version, if visible.
  • What happened and what you expected to happen.
  • A screenshot if you are comfortable sharing one. Please avoid sharing kid names or sensitive photos unless needed for the support issue.

Pilot stop or safety issues

Contact support promptly if you see:

  • Wrong account data visible.
  • A child can access an unexpected social feature.
  • A photo or privacy concern.
  • An app crash during observation submit.

Support scope during testing

During the pilot, support is handled by the Dragonfly operator team. Some fixes may require a new test build, manual account cleanup, or follow-up questions. Dragonfly is not yet a public production service.
