What this is
These terms govern your use of Dragonfly during the private beta. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Who can use Dragonfly
Adult accounts (parents, teachers) require a person 18 or older. Kid accounts are created by an adult on behalf of a child age 9–12. Children do not create their own accounts.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By submitting an observation to iNaturalist through Dragonfly, you grant iNaturalist the rights described in their own terms of service, which apply to the published observation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload anything other than photos of plants, animals, fungi, or other organisms
- Attempt to identify, locate, or contact other users outside your own group
- Photograph people as the subject of an observation
- Use the service to harvest data about specific locations or individuals
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account or any kid account you own at any time by emailing support@dragonfly-app.net.
Service availability
Dragonfly is provided as-is during the beta. We may change, pause, or end the service. We’ll give reasonable notice before a permanent shutdown so you can export your data.
